Profile and Skills

We are now looking for team members who:

• are either newly graduated or already have some (1–6 years) practical experience as a lawyer
• have interest in all types of debt transactions including green transition related financing transactions
• strive for premium quality and are service-minded
• possess strong interpersonal skills
• are fluent in Finnish and English

Most of all, we value a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Job Description and Responsibilities

As an associate, you will be working together with more experienced colleagues in different kinds of projects varying from transaction-related projects to regulatory-focused assignments. Your tasks will include e.g. drafting, commenting, and reviewing legal documents, carrying out research, as well as dealing with authorities.

As a senior associate, your role in projects will focus both on legal questions and project management. You will have the opportunity to use your mentoring and coaching skills when working with project teams as well as contribute to the client work and business development.
