We are looking to recruit a practice assistant to our evening team. Our evening practice assistants are employed on a part-time basis and are expected to work 3-5 evenings per week. The position offers an opportunity to gain experience in an international law firm.

Our evening practice assistants’ responsibilities include a wide range of administrative and secretarial duties. Key day-to-day tasks include assisting lawyers with editing and formatting documentation, research, translation, dealing with various governmental authorities, as well as preparing and maintaining transaction data rooms.

Essential Requirements

·         Genuine interest in international business and corporate transactions

·         Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Programs, especially in Word

·         Adaptability, flexibility and the ability to occasionally work long hours under tight schedules

·         Problem-solving attitude, organizational skills and common sense

·         Fluency in Finnish and English, written and spoken
