This is an opportunity for you to join CapMan in the role of Legal and Compliance Intern as part of the Legal, Tax and Compliance team.

ABOUT THE TEAM
CapMan’s Legal, Tax & Compliance team has an overall responsibility for CapMan Group’s legal, tax and compliance issues. The team consists of twelve members in Helsinki.

ABOUT THE ROLE
Your daily tasks will include e.g.

  • Participating in fundraising projects (for example assisting setting up fund structures and drafting documentation).

WHO YOU ARE
To be successful in this role we believe that you:

  • Are at the later stage (Bachelor’s Degree completed) of your academic career in law and have succeeded well in your studies
  • Are a pragmatic, energetic, diligent and self-driven team player with an interest in developing and improving digitization of legal processes
  • Have, ideally, gained previous experience in a law firm or finance sector

With an entrepreneurial mindset, we help our assets and companies grow, while also being energized by developing our own business and skills.

Together, we’ve built a culture of fairness, honesty and inclusivity. At CapMan, we can all be ourselves. And together we can make fantastic things happen. We offer competitive benefits and a central office location with the possibility to hybrid work.

OUR RECRUITMENT PROCESS
We hire for potential as well as experience. While certain skills and qualifications are important, we believe the ability to grow, adapt, and bring new perspectives matters just as much. Our recruitment process consists of a combination of screening questions, short online assessments, interviews and case studies. Please note that the online assessments are open during the application period and will take approx. 30 minutes to complete.

This is a fixed-term internship position for 12 months starting in January 2026 with adaptable working hours: 3-4 days per week during the academic term, and full-time during the summer. We will arrange a joint online onboarding on week 4/2026 to which we welcome all joining Interns.
