This is an opportunity for you to join CapMan in the role of Legal and Compliance Intern as part of the Legal, Tax and Compliance team.
ABOUT THE TEAM CapMan’s Legal, Tax & Compliance team has an overall responsibility for CapMan Group’s legal, tax and compliance issues. These include, among others, Group’s general corporate legal tasks including corporate governance issues, compliance with regulations relating to the Group’s business and operations (e.g. fund management, investment advisory and listed company status) and matters relating to the establishment and operation of private equity and other alternative investment funds. The team consists of twelve members in Helsinki.

OUR RECRUITMENT PROCESS We hire for potential as well as experience. While certain skills and qualifications are important, we believe the ability to grow, adapt, and bring new perspectives matters just as much. Our recruitment process consists of a combination of screening questions, short online assessments, interviews and case studies. Please note that the online assessments are open during the application period and will take approx. 30 minutes to complete.
This is a fixed-term internship position for 12 months starting in January 2026 with adaptable working hours: 3-4 days per week during the academic term, and full-time during the summer. We will arrange a joint online onboarding on week 4/2026 to which we welcome all joining Interns.
