We are looking for lawyers to join our Private M&A Team. The position is ideally suited for someone who thrives in a dynamic transactional environment, particularly in private equity and tech-driven transactions. Your Role and Responsibilities

As an M&A team member, you will have the opportunity to advise clients on a broad range of M&A transactions with a focus on private equity and tech. You will be working alongside your colleagues and will also have the opportunity to use and develop your mentoring and coaching skills. As the team is regularly ranked highly in relevant fields by its clients and peers, you will also have a key role in maintaining and developing the business together with your colleagues.

What We Expect from You

We are looking for a colleague who:

• shares a genuine personal interest in the private equity or tech transactions
• capability to take the lead on coordinating transactions (approx. 3-6 years of experience)
• has a forward-looking yet analytical way of working with attention to detail
• is enthusiastic about providing world-class advice and service to our clients
• communicates clearly, openly, and constructively, ensuring smooth collaboration
• experienced in working with AI tools
• is fluent in Finnish and English (other languages would be considered a bonus)
• wants to build a successful career at a leading law firm as an integral part of a supportive team.
