Eager to work on a broad range of tasks while having the support of friendly and welcoming colleagues? We are now looking for an Assistant Trainee to join us for the spring of 2025.

What would your days look like?

As an Assistant Trainee, you will work with our assistant team, and you’ll also support our lawyers in various assignments. Some of your tasks could be, for example, research work on a project, editing and finishing documents, as well as coordinating meetings or travel bookings. Your tutor, assistant team and everyone at Avance is here to support you during your traineeship.

The traineeship starts in January and lasts approximately 5 months. This position is full-time, and the starting date can be agreed flexibly. The position is ideally suited as an internship if you are studying business e.g., in a University of Applied Sciences (tradenomi).

Who are we looking for?

You may be the person we are looking for if:

• You have excellent attention to details.
• You have an ability to manage several tasks simultaneously. Remember – our team is always there for you.
• You have excellent skills in MS Office.
• You are fluent in Finnish and English. Swedish is considered an advantage.
• You have a positive and self-initiated approach to work.
• You want to become part of our group and you have good co-operating skills.
