We are looking for a Legal Assistant to join our great team

This is your opportunity to become part of our Legal Assistant team and work closely with our colleagues in the Nordic countries and elsewhere in the world! We’re a global team of trusted and exceptional advisors going above and beyond to challenge the status-quo.

Your main responsibilities include providing high level secretarial and administrative assistance to the team, file opening and closing, and managing invoicing. You will also maintain multiple status reports and be working on and/or correcting unique and complicated formatting and other issues on Word documents. We will provide a great team of experts to support you!

Our Expectations

We hope you have some years of work experience in a similar position. Background from corporate legal function gives you great tools to success in this role. To perform well you are detailed and have strong organizational skills with the ability to hold multiple balls in the air at the same time. You should be fluent in using Word and Excel that technically means strong background in document editing. We are looking for a true team player, but you also need to have the ability to work independently, creatively, and on your own initiative. You share our passion towards first-rate work and building success.

Strong written and spoken communication skills in English and Finnish language are essential, not to mention strong time management skills: ability to prioritize and multi-task within tight time constraints and ability to work well under pressure and competing deadlines. We wish our team member to be highly flexible, proactive, quick-thinking, collaborative, and resourceful with superior attention to details.

Previous use of legal invoicing programs (CSI, Legal Tracker, Tymetrix etc.) are considered a plus. Preferably you have a suitable degree for the position.

What we offer

Our Success, Your Opportunity. We offer a world of opportunity, where you can take an integral role in building a successful growing team alongside your national and international colleagues. We have a flexible hybrid working model and a laid-back wool sock atmosphere where professional growth is encouraged.

If you feel like you could be our next team member, please submit your resume and cover letter with a salary request as soon as possible or at the latest by 12 December 2022. We review applications on a rolling basis.

For further information regarding the position or process, please contact Team Manager Regina Ehrnrooth on Tuesdays 9-10.30 am, +358 40 828 4347 or Recruitment Consultant Julia Harjula +358 50 434 1225.
