Our Finance & Projects, Corporate, and Real Estate teams are looking for both freshly graduated and for more experienced lawyers to join their teams.

Previous experience is always an asset, and with senior lawyers very preferred, but we also value positive attitude and personal skills e.g. self-determination and business lead thinking.

We have globally one of the largest teams of dedicated finance lawyers, we are on the top in M&A deal volume, and we are a market-leading real estate group. All these teams partner together with their most significant transactions! Seamless cooperation between teams eases our success.

As a member of any of these teams, you will assist our Finnish and international clients in a changing business environment, supporting them in their growth and business development efforts both in Finland and abroad.

OUR EXPECTATIONS

For freshly graduates our main expectation is that you have genuine interest and will to develop either on finance law, corporate law, or real estate law matters. Previous relevant work experience is always a plus!

Here are some competences we hope a more senior lawyer would have:

• Basic understanding and experience from at least one of these fields:
  banking and finance, M&A and company law OR real estate transactions
• Relevant work experience e.g. in the field of M&A, private equity, debt capital markets, transactions, property acquisitions, real estate asset management OR funding
• Experience in drafting e.g. shareholder agreements, other transaction documents OR fund documents
• Supporting negotiation of acquisition or leverage finance
• A mature and confident approach and high motivation
• Ability to adapt new ways of working
• Pride and ambitiousness
• Some glint in your eye
• Project management experience is a plus!

We hope you to have some or many of these experiences or, but do not worry if you did not tick all the boxes! A suitable role will be tailored for you. Finally, a must-have is full working proficiency in Finnish and in English.
