We are now looking for a Legal Trainee to support Efecte’s legal and investor relations function in its varying tasks and projects. If you’re looking for an opportunity to make a difference in a growing European SaaS business and take the next step as a legal professional, this could be your chance!

In this role your daily work will comprise of…

• Drafting and commenting commercial agreements (e.g. sales contracts, NDAs, DPAs)
• Tasks relating to the governance of a listed company
• Working with data protection and risk management
• M&A from both business and legal perspective
• Any other projects/tasks the team may have

You…

• are a law student around the mid-point of your studies
• have preferably some experience in working at a business law firm or in-house legal department
• are energetic generalist with keen interest in software business and technology
• have excellent skills in Finnish and English. Swedish, German, Spanish and Polish are considered a plus
• have good communication and teamworking skills
• are analytical and have an eye for details
