Experienced business-oriented Senior Vice President, General Counsel | Chief Compliance Officer for a growth-oriented company 

As one of the key members of Luvata´s Management team you will provide advice and support to Business Areas in legal and compliance matters. You are responsible for the development and training of the compliance field in an international factory environment, and you effectively communicate with the management team about all changes. You will also maintain and further develop stakeholders and existing networks abroad. You are largely allowed to form the desired job description yourself, as the job requires good self-management skills.

Your responsibilities include 

  • Responsibility for all legal and compliance matters within Luvata group
  • Providing advice and support to Business Areas
  • Development of the compliance function, our policies, procedures, and practices
  • Supervision and training related to our policies
  • Monitoring of and advisory on new and emerging regulatory developments

Who we are looking for? 

You have a degree in law and at least ten years of relevant work experience in corporate law and compliance matters after graduation. You must have the ability to proactively identify relevant business and legal matters. We appreciate that you are social and have good interpersonal skills. You are able to work independently and make independent decisions.

We expect from you 

  • Master’s degree in law (OTM / LLM)
  • At least 10 years of work experience in corporate law and compliance
  • Strong business understanding
  • International experience is required, which may have been accumulated through studies or work
  • Excellent Finnish and English language skills
  • The ability to travel

You will succeed in this role if you are self-driven and take ownership of your work. You need to have good social, communication and decision-making skills.
