Roschier is seeking Associate Lawyers to join its Digitalization & TMT practice in Helsinki in 2026.

The firm is well known for its excellent track record of advising on demanding international business law assignments and large-scale transactions. In total, Roschier currently employs some 500 staff members. Our path of constant improvement has taken us to the leading position we hold as a firm, and our Digitalization & TMT practice have been an instrumental part of Roschier’s success.
Our Digitalization & TMT practice, which is among the largest and most experienced ones in the Nordic region, is growing and we are now looking to hire both junior and more senior lawyers (with up to six years of post-qualification experience) to join us in Helsinki.
Working as an Associate Lawyer within the Digitalization and TMT practice at Roschier
As a part of the Digitalization & TMT practice, you would have the opportunity to work with a diverse set of assignments. We regularly work with new emerging technologies, leading Nordic champions, and international projects, including many of which take place entirely outside of our home markets.

Your profile
For this position, we are looking for you who are close to graduation or have up to six years of relevant work experience in digitalization, TMT and/or intellectual property matters in one or more of the areas we work with. You have a genuine interest in technology and the interplay between technology and law, and you are motivated by working at the forefront of legal and technological development.
