With us, you will learn directly from the best in the field and have the possibility for daily development to master your skillset. Our path of constant improvement has taken us to the leading position we hold as a firm.

Our multi-practice Projects & Environment team answers the growing needs of our clients in industrial investment, energy, and the green transition. We regularly work with demanding projects in circular economy, wind, solar, hydro and nuclear energy, renewable hydrogen generation, forest and other manufacturing industries, renewable fuels, carbon capture and storage, heat recovery, datacenters, and many other similar areas.

We are now looking to hire lawyers to join our growing team. As part of the Projects & Environment team, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse set of assignments in our Industrial Investments, Energy & Infrastructure, and Environment & Natural Resources practices and advice early on in the key aspects of projects throughout their lifecycle. With us, you will have the possibility to gain valuable experience in all aspects of these projects, whether contractual, regulatory, or transactional. Many of the assignments we work on are first of their kind. Examples include:

  • complex project contracting, including technology intensive industries or energy projects, mainly in the Nordics
  • environmental law, natural resources and permitting processes, incl. appeals
  • energy, infrastructure and industrial contract and claims management
  • strategic advisory and advocacy for energy, infrastructure and industrial investment projects
  • joint ventures, R&D and other collaboration projects
  • energy and infrastructure asset transactions and technology-driven transactions

We are now looking for people with a law degree who:

  • are just graduating or have a few or more years of post-graduation work experience
  • are genuinely interested in green transition and in new and emerging technologies
  • take pride in the quality of their work and client service
  • enjoy working with complex issues as a member of a highly capable team
  • have an interest in business and the difference first-class advice can make for the success of our clients
  • have excellent spoken and written communication skills, including fluency in English

What we offer

  • Our commitment to constant improvement: you can expect great strides in your professional growth through our formal learning and on-the-job apprenticeship
  • The opportunity to work with the brightest minds in the Nordics
  • An inspiring, flexible, and fun place to work in a truly international setting
  • An open, collaborative, and inclusive culture
  • A well-working, collaborative, and caring team to belong to
