Legal Trainee

Reporting to: General Counsel

Job location:  Helsinki

Job role and purpose:

3stepIT’s Legal Department supports the company’s management and provides legal support for all 3stepIT’s global subsidiaries. Your main tasks as a Legal Trainee consist of assisting the company’s lawyers by drafting legal documents and doing legal research. You will be responsible for managing Legal Department’s template and document archive. You will also work in close co-operation with the company’s other departments, such as Financial Administration, Marketing and Research & Development, and assist them in various projects by providing legal support.

Ideal candidate:

• Preferably a second or third-year law student in a Finnish Law School
• Some experience from corporate and contract law, other fields of law are a plus
• You are willing to grow in your role by assuming new responsibilities as you gain experience
• You communicate fluently both in English and Finnish
• You are a true team player with a good sense of humour
• Preferably previous work experience from a law firm or working as an in-house legal trainee
• Ideally you could start in beginning of February 2026
