Are you eager to apply your legal knowledge into practice with insolvency law related assignments? We are now looking for a law student with 2–3 years of studies to join our Restructuring & Insolvency team to our Turku office. Our ideal candidate is available to work fulltime but we are flexible according to your study schedule. The traineeship starts in December 2024 and runs for ten months.

What can you expect during your traineeship?

• You will work on assignments with a focus on assisting the administration in bankruptcy proceedings and corporate restructuring cases.
• Your days will include a variety of tasks e.g. gathering information, drafting and reviewing documents, communicating with creditors, authorities and other stakeholders as well as conducting legal research. You also have the opportunity to expand your skills and responsibilities in a team of dedicated and talented professionals.
• In addition to building important connections for your future, we also support your professional development through trainings at Krogerus Academy.

What do we expect from you?

• You have preferably completed at least two to three years of legal studies.
• The key to succeeding in this trainee position is a combination of hands-on enthusiasm, flexibility, drive for excellence and solid analytical skills.
• We don’t expect you to know everything right away, the most important thing is your motivation and courage to develop yourself as a professional and willingness to meet new challenges as a part of our team.
• We appreciate colleagues who actively take responsibility in their own work and want to see their team succeed.
• You work fluently both in Finnish and in English.
