Our upcoming Senior Legal Trainee internship kicks off in January 2027 and runs full-time, full-speed for 8 months. The role is designed for law students nearing graduation and offers hands-on experience that closely resembles that of a newly qualified lawyer. You’ll work alongside our team to draft legal documents, carry out legal research, and take on a variety of assignments that will keep you close to the action.

PS. For those applying again, we upgraded the title. Legal Trainee had a good run, but Senior Legal Trainee is closer to what you’d actually be doing.

• Academic background and interests – You’re a soon-to-be law graduate who’s noticed that business law just clicks. We’re hiring three trainees to work across all our practices. Tell us which one pulls you in the most: Corporate & M&A, Dispute Resolution, Banking & Finance, Employment, or Tech & IP. Curious about something else too? Mention it.
• Language skills – Fluency in written and spoken Finnish and English. Both are assessed during the process – application in English, assessments and interviews in Finnish.
• Mindset & skills – You’re quick on the uptake, committed to high-quality work, and have an eye that catches the details others miss. You’ve got A+ communication skills, and you bring it.
• Collaboration & adaptability – You thrive on working with others and jump at something new. Different project, unexpected curveball – you’re all in.
