We are now looking for an associate or senior associate to join our Finance team. We hope to meet both recent law graduates as well as lawyers with finance work experience either in a law firm or as an inhouse bank counsel.
Depending on seniority, work will involve assisting with real estate, structured finance and leverage finance transactions as well as broad range of other types of banking and finance assignments, including drafting and negotiating of finance documents, inter-facing clients both on the lender and borrower sides and other members of the transaction team and generally contributing to the development of Avance. Fluency in both Finnish and English is a prerequisite.
