TAX LAWYER – ARE YOU READY TO HOP ON BOARD?
As a member of our Tax Team, you will assist our Finnish and international clients in a changing business environment, supporting them in their growth and business development efforts both in Finland and abroad. Depending on your background, we can tailor your tasks according to your expectations and expertise.
OUR EXPECTATIONS

Preferably you have gained relevant work experience for minimum of 2 years e.g. from a law firm, consulting and audit business or from the Tax Administration. You have a solid understanding and experience of domestic and international corporate income taxation. You should have a genuine interest in M&A and cross border transactions from tax perspective. Having an interest and experience in VAT and/or personal income taxation is an asset. In addition to passion for tax, we hope you also have true interest in corporate law, general M&A and transactional real estate work as we can offer you a possibility to work and develop your expertise also in these areas.
We hope you to be brave and open for new assignments. You are customer-focused, easy to approach and collaborative.
Naturally, we expect you to be fluent in Finnish and English. As we are part of a global law firm with an unparalleled Nordic footprint, Swedish or other Nordic language is regarded as a merit.
