It’s not about the length of your work experience or the titles. It’s about you and your passion towards providing of top-class legal services. You might be a newly graduated lawyer with some M&A experience, have two years of experience or then you might have more. We are hiring both juniors and seniors and will tailor your tasks by expertise.
As a member of our Corporate Team, you will assist our Finnish and international clients in a changing business environment, supporting them in their growth and business development efforts both in Finland and abroad.
OUR EXPECTATIONS

You should have solid basic understanding and some experience of M&A and company law. To perform well, you also should have relevant work experience in the field of private equity and/or venture capital. For the senior positions we would highly appreciate that you would be familiar with drafting and supporting in the negotiations of acquisition and shareholder agreements and similar transaction documents. It’s always a plus if you have experience in related project management and working in team.
Though our office language is Finnish, we mostly work in English. Therefore, we expect you to be fluent both in Finnish and in English.
