Hannes Snellman Asianajotoimisto Oy - Public Procurement Lawyers
We Are Looking for Public Procurement Lawyers to Join Hannes Snellman in Helsinki
Are you a passionate lawyer with good interpersonal skills and a genuine interest in public procurement? Do you want to work with the most motivated professionals in the field and participate in taking public procurement to the next level?
We have unrivalled experience of complex public procurement, including projects that affect critical aspects of daily life for the Finnish people. We advise Contracting Authorities on their most complex procurements, assist clients in preparing for tendering competitions, offer strategic advice, and assist clients in market surveys, negotiations, and distressed contractual relationships. We also support suppliers in tender procedures by outlining strategies and assisting them in negotiations and bid preparation.
We have an exceptional IT procurement practice, advise clients on public procurement aspects of large infrastructure or M&A projects, and regularly investigate in-house relationships and contract amendments. Whenever needed, we also represent our clients in court proceedings. Most importantly, we are known as a forerunner in the market, as we take public procurement further by investigating new methodologies, contract models, and technologies. As our business is continuously growing, we now wish to expand our team by hiring new lawyers.
What We Are Looking For
We are currently looking for talented and business-minded lawyers who are either freshly graduated or already have some years of relevant experience. What we value the most is that you have a genuine interest in public procurement, strive for premium quality, and possess strong interpersonal skills. We also appreciate the ability to work both as a team member and independently in projects of all extents and levels of complexity. The best fit for our team would be someone who is meticulous but flexible, follows the public procurement scene on a daily basis and loves to share opinions and knowledge between colleagues and to our customers, wants to work with assignments of general interest to the public, and aims to offer our customer the best possible experience.
Fluency in Finnish and English is essential for succeeding in this position, and knowledge of Swedish is much appreciated.
