We are looking for a lawyer to join our Tax practice group in Helsinki. Our ideal candidate has approximately 3-4 years' post-graduate work experience in tasks related to corporate taxation, preferably in a law firm, a big4 audit firm or in the Tax Administration. Experience in M&A or transactional tax work is not a must, but a valued merit.

We are a growing team of five lawyers specialising in tax. Our goal is to make the practical business implications of complex tax matters easy to understand. We provide measured tax advice, not just analysis. We serve clients in their most demanding tax matters, ranging from M&A and transaction tax work to tax audits and litigation. We have a long-established track record in the most demanding tax matters in the market, including structuring and due diligence work in large and complex acquisitions for international investors, as well as advising large corporations in their wide-ranging tax affairs.
