Magnusson is a dynamic and modern international law firm that provides seamless legal services in the Nordic-Baltic region.
Our guiding values are trust, respect and friendship and are apparent in our work environment.
We are always looking to recruit and work with good people whose character and energy make them stand out from the crowd.

International law firm

As a truly multicultural law firm, we are ideally positioned to guide our clients smoothly through all the challenges they may face, no matter what country, language or culture. For companies with operations in several countries, we serve as a one-stop-shop provider and manager of legal services worldwide.

Goals / future

  • To be known throughout the Nordic-Baltic region as a top-quality law firm.
  • To offer an attractive, stimulating and challenging work environment, where everyone is respected and included.

Low hierarchy work culture

A workplace where everyone working under the Magnusson brand trusts each other, every individual is given responsibility colleagues and management help, encourage and reward each other.

Junior Trainee

As a Junior Trainee, you will work part-time 1–3 days per week. Our Junior Trainees are at an early stage in their law studies, typically second or third-year students. Junior Trainees assist our lawyers and other staff in daily office tasks, but also get to do more demanding tasks such as drafting documents, small translation tasks and legal research.

Associate Trainee

As an Associate Trainee, you usually work full-time and concentrate on a particular field of law. Our Associate Trainees’ work tasks are similar to those of newly graduated lawyers, for example, performing extensive legal research, drafting memoranda and legal documents as well as translating documents. An ideal Associate Trainee candidate is a law student who is in the final stage of their studies already having completed their bachelor’s degree.
