We expect all of our applicants to have good language skills. Good Finnish and English skills are essential. Swedish is a plus.

What kind of value do you put on grades?

We value good grades, but when recruiting trainees we always look at the whole picture, with grades being just one part.

What else do you value in a employee?

We also value employees with genuine interest in client service and good social and teamwork skills. Furthermore, we hope that our employees would share our firm’s values.
