We are looking for a part-time Legal Trainee to work alongside our General Counsel. You will be assisting in a variety of legal tasks and get to collaborate with our cross-functional Go-to-Market and Technical teams!

Your focus areas will include:

Privacy and Data Protection

• You’ll assist with the day-to-day privacy and data protection work, including Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs), and help to maintain our Record of Processing Activities (ROPA) up-to-date.
• You’ll also have the opportunity to contribute to drafting and updating privacy notices and internal guidelines.

Contract Management

• You’ll utilise our contract management platform to manage and archive contracts, contract templates, and other official documents.
• You will assist with reviewing and drafting commercial contracts.

Compliance & Advice

• You’ll conduct legal research on relevant legislation and contribute to various compliance projects.

Corporate Governance

• You’ll assist in general corporate housekeeping duties, such as drafting corporate resolutions, filings with authorities, and corporate record keeping.

What we’re looking for:

• You’re a law student with at least 120 study credits.
• You have completed studies in some or all of the following: privacy and data protection, contract law, employment law, and corporate law.
• Demonstrated work experience is advantageous, but genuine interest and willingness to learn are equally valued.
• You have a proactive approach and are not afraid to assume new responsibilities as you gain experience.
• You are organised and have good time management skills to balance between your role and studies.
• You are comfortable communicating and drafting documents in English (as an international company, English is our internal language). Fluency in Finnish is an advantage.
