What would your days look like?

At Avance, all trainees work closely with our lawyers and are part of their respective teams. Trainees gain comprehensive insights into a wide range of industries with a focus on corporate transactions, dispute resolution, large projects and various regulatory matters.

We strive to provide our trainees with a traineeship that takes into consideration their own circumstances and preferences. Trainees assist our lawyers in all kinds of assignment work and other tasks, such as:

• Drafting documents
• Legal research and gathering of information
• Legal analysis
• Translations
• Conducting legal due diligence and coordinating data rooms
• Assisting with general office tasks

Who are we looking for?

We welcome applications from second year to final stage law students. Fluency in both Finnish and English is a prerequisite. Swedish is considered an advantage. We appreciate some work experience from other law firms or a similar work environment.

You also share our values of providing first-class legal services while having fun doing so. You enjoy working in a fast-paced open environment and appreciate seamless cross-practice collaboration.
