– has some (approximately 3–5 years) practical experience as a lawyer
– has interest in all types of debt transactions
– strives for premium quality and is service-minded
– possesses strong interpersonal skills
– is fluent in Finnish and English

Job Description and Responsibilities

Depending on your prior work experience and level of seniority, the job description and responsibilities may vary slightly.

As an associate, you will be working together with more experienced colleagues in different kinds of finance-related projects and transactions. Your tasks will include e.g. drafting, commenting, and reviewing legal documents, carrying out research, as well as dealing with authorities and project coordination.

As a senior associate, your role in projects will focus both on legal matters and project management. You will have the opportunity to use your mentoring and coaching skills when working with project teams as well as contribute to the client work and business development.
