Environment & Natural Resources

We are looking for senior associates to join our Environment & Natural Resources Team. This team advises clients on real estate planning and environmental and natural resources laws, and the team provides strategic permitting and regulatory advice to our clients. An ideal senior associate candidate would have at least four years of practical experience working with environmental law assignments.

Projects & Construction

We are looking for an experienced lawyer with in particular construction-related work experience to join our team. The Projects & Construction Team advises clients on, e.g., the construction, operation, and commodity supply and offtake agreements in complex projects in the energy, infrastructure, and industrial sectors. An ideal candidate would have at least five years of practical experience on projects and construction related assignments and, ideally, practical experience of negotiating construction contracts or contracts for delivery of industrial plant and equipment.

Your Role and Responsibilities

As a new senior associate or an experienced lawyer in our Real Assets Team, you will be advising our clients on legal questions in the relevant subteam. You will be working alongside your colleagues and will also have the opportunity to use your project coordination as well as mentoring skills. As the team is regularly ranked highly in relevant fields by its clients and peers, you will also have a key role in maintaining and developing the business together with your colleagues.
