Energy & Infrastructure Transactions

We are looking for an associate lawyer to join our Energy and Infrastructure Transactions Team to work with energy and infrastructure transactions. An ideal candidate would be a newly graduated lawyer or a lawyer with some prior practical experience working with energy or infrastructure related transactions.

Environment & Natural Resources

We are looking for an associate lawyer to join our Environment & Natural Resources Team. This team advises clients on real estate planning and environmental and natural resources laws, and the team provides strategic permitting and regulatory advice to our clients. An ideal candidate would be a newly graduated lawyer or a lawyer with some prior practical experience.

Real Estate

We are looking for a newly graduated associate lawyer to join our Real Estate Team. This team focuses on assignments related to real estate transactions, property development, and day-to-day legal asset management, with an understanding of the underlying business logic.

Your Role and Responsibilities

As a new associate in our Real Assets Team, you will be focusing either on real estate, energy, infrastructure, or environment related legal questions. Working alongside more experienced colleagues, your tasks will include drafting, commenting, and reviewing legal documents, conducting research, and coordinating with authorities and project teams. From time to time, you will be encouraged to act as a tutor for trainees and take part in student cooperation.

What We Expect from You

We are now looking for new colleagues who:

– share a genuine personal interest in the fields of the Real Assets Teams’ legal expertise
– have graduated with an LL.M. degree (’Oikeustieteen maisteri’) or have completed the recognition of comparability to the Master of Laws degree
– have a forward looking yet analytical way of working with attention to detail
– have enthusiasm to provide world-class advice to our clients
– communicate clearly, openly, and constructively, ensuring smooth collaboration
– can work with AI tools
– are fluent in Finnish and English (other languages would be considered a bonus).
