Roschier is looking to hire Associate Lawyers to join its Tax & Structuring team in Helsinki

Our Tax & Structuring practice is growing and developing. Long-time team member Andreas Bussman has recently been appointed a partner. He will together with partner colleagues Mika Ohtonen and Ossi Haapaniemi be responsible for leading the team that is now looking for new talents to join them!

Working as an Associate Lawyer within our Tax & Structuring practice

Roschier’s Tax & Structuring practice is active in a wide range of tax-related services. The primary focus of the team is on tax and structuring of various transactions, such as mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital transactions, real estate transactions, and public company restructurings and tender offers as well as complex tax litigation and ruling processes. Other key areas include tax and legal aspects related to internal restructurings, investments, financing, financial instruments and incentive schemes, especially for growth companies. In addition to these, the tax team regularly advises clients on international tax matters, transfer pricing, transfer tax, VAT and other indirect tax matters as well as other ad hoc tax questions.

Our tax lawyers work as an integral part of Roschier’s leading cross-border transaction and project teams, combining their tax expertise with other fields of law, such as corporate, financing or employment law.

• are close to graduation or have worked with complex tax law matters for up to 5 years in a law firm, tax consultancy firm, audit firm or the Tax Administration.
