About the Role

As an Associate, you will work closely with our Partners and other lawyers, and you will have the opportunity to work with all the legal fields that we cover. We strongly believe that young lawyers should build a solid foundation of broad knowledge across different legal fields before specialising in specific legal areas later in their careers. Therefore, your work will consist of a variety of tasks, including drafting a broad range of agreements and corporate documentation, conducting legal research, assisting our commercial disputes team and assisting throughout the entire lifespan of transactions. You will work directly with the clients from early on with the support of our more experienced lawyers. The work requires a positive, flexible, and humble attitude, as well as a willingness and passion to grow into a highly skilled professional.

What we are looking for

Our ideal candidate is a motivated young lawyer with preferably some experience working as a trainee in a law firm or a corporate legal team. This position is ideal for a lawyer with 1-2 years of experience but also a recent law school graduate may be fit for the position. We expect you to be open to working across all the legal fields that we cover and eager to learn as much as possible from the different legal fields. We value candidates with a strong ambition for excellence and lifelong learning. Fluency in written and spoken Finnish and English is a prerequisite. Swedish is considered an advantage.
