We are looking for an Associate to join our growing Dispute resolution team. We hope to meet candidates with approximately one to three years of experience in dispute resolution and conflict management.

We help clients manage and resolve complex conflicts with a clear focus on protecting business interests and maintaining commercial continuity. Our services span the full conflict lifecycle – from early-stage risk identification and pre-emptive negotiation to litigation, arbitration, and mediation when needed.

Fluency in both Finnish and English is required, given the international nature of our work.

We appreciate experience in dispute resolution and conflict management, including arbitration, litigation, and other legal proceedings. We also welcome applications from candidates with expertise or a genuine interest in compliance and investigations, or insolvency and restructuring. We encourage you to describe your specific interests and areas of focus within these fields or beyond.
