We are looking for Associates, Senior Associates and Counsel to join our new Industrial Construction & Projects practice group in Helsinki. This is a unique opportunity to build something new together with a team of ambitious professionals.

The Industrial Construction & Projects practice group focuses on providing strategic legal advice during the full lifecycle of complex industrial construction, energy, and infrastructure projects. The practice group advises on large-scale industrial construction and engineering assignments, including projects based on EPC, EPCM and owner-led disaggregated procurement strategies, as well as related commercial agreements.

Our lawyers take ownership, deliver high-quality, pragmatic and solution-oriented advice, and build trusted client relationships. Additional expectations by level 

Associates (1–4 years) 

• Solid foundation in legal work, with the ability to contribute effectively to ongoing matters as part of a team
• Strong motivation to develop professionally and take on increasing responsibility over time

Senior Associates (4–8 years)

• Proven ability to manage matters efficiently and deliver consistently high-quality work
• Experience in delegating work and supporting and coaching junior colleagues
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships, combined with commercial awareness and the ability to identify opportunities

Counsel (8+ years) 

• Strong expertise and the ability to lead complex matters and client relationships
• Proven ability to drive workstreams independently and ensure high-quality outcomes
• A collaborative and supportive leadership style, with experience in coaching and developing colleagues and contributing to team performance
