We are looking for a lawyer to join our growing Banking & Finance practice group in Helsinki. Our ideal candidate has 1-2 years’ experience handling assignments related to banking and finance. In addition to an analytical legal mind, you will have a team-player’s spirit, a resolution-focused mindset and a keen willingness to expand your knowledge further.

Our Banking & Finance team is one of the largest and most experienced in the market, with a distinguished track record of advising domestic and international lenders and borrowers on complex financing matters. We work seamlessly with the firm’s other practice groups on a diverse range of financing transactions, including acquisition financings, real estate transactions, construction projects and renewable energy initiatives. Our expertise extends equally to advising clients on debt restructurings and other distressed situations. • 1-2 years’ experience in banking and finance-related legal matters.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Finnish, Swedish is a plus.
