We are looking for a lawyer to join our growing Dispute Resolution practice group in Helsinki. Our ideal candidate has 3-5 years of post-graduation experience handling assignments related to dispute resolution. In addition to an analytical legal mind, you will have strong drafting skills, team-player’s spirit, a resolution-focused mindset and a keen willingness to expand your knowledge further.

Our Dispute Resolution team, one of the largest on the market, takes pride in being easily approachable and providing practical advice. We support clients in their most complex matters ranging from traditional dispute resolution (arbitration and litigation) to alternative dispute resolution and criminal offences, investigations and compliance incidents and proceedings with authorities. Our recent growth on all these fronts makes us happy and proud of the trust our clients have placed in us.

• 3-5 years’ experience in dispute resolution related tasks.
• A growth-oriented and commercial mindset, with a drive for continuous self-development.
• Ability to commit to building strong client relationships. A genuine interest in understanding our clients’ business and creating value by offering straightforward solutions to their needs.
• A curious mind, ambition for excellence and solid analytical and drafting skills.
• Eagerness to act proactively as part of a team and to effectively coach colleagues.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Finnish, Swedish a plus.
