We are currently looking for an associate lawyer to join our Tax Team. This role is ideal for someone with a genuine interest in becoming a market-leading advisor to pioneering Finnish businesses and individuals. We expect you to have at least one year of practical experience working with tax matters.

Job Description and Responsibilities

As an associate, you will collaborate with more experienced colleagues on a variety of projects. Your responsibilities will include, e.g., assisting in preparation for meetings with clients, counterparties, and authorities, drafting, commenting, and reviewing legal documents, client service, carrying out research, as well as participating in the formulation of legal tactics in engagements. Beyond legal work, we welcome your involvement in business development and value your role in nurturing our strong team culture.

Skills and Requirements

We are now looking for a team member who:

• has a genuine personal interest in business law and different tax types
• has at least one year of practical experience (more experienced associate candidates are also welcome)
• is fluent in Finnish and English (Swedish and other languages would be considered an extra advantage)
• has the ability to take ownership and also work as a member of the team
• has strong client orientation, interpersonal skills, and attention to detail
