We are looking for curious and motivated law students to join our Office Support and Knowledge Management teams at our Helsinki office. Both trainee programmes offer an opportunity to gain practical experience alongside your studies and get to know what working at a business law firm is like.

Office Support Trainee 

Our Office Support trainee programme is designed for law students in the early stages of their studies, preferably in their first or second year. The eight-month traineeship starts in January or May 2027, and you will work approximately two days a week alongside your studies.

As part of our eight-person Office Support team, you will help keep our day-to-day office operations running smoothly and support our lawyers and Business Services teams in their daily work. Your responsibilities will include practical tasks such as collating materials, couriering and mailing documents, and covering for our reception team at the front desk and switchboard.

Knowledge Management Trainee 

Our Knowledge Management trainee programme is designed for law students in the middle stages of their studies, preferably with two to three years of legal studies completed. The one-year traineeship starts in January 2027, and you will work part time, usually two or three days a week alongside your studies.

As a Knowledge Management Trainee, you will support our lawyers across different practice areas with legal research and information retrieval. You will also follow legal, regulatory and market developments and help our practice areas stay up to date with changes relevant to their work. The role gives you exposure to a wide range of legal topics and information sources while developing your research skills and understanding of business law.
