Our team is looking for an Assistant Trainee for next spring and summer 2023!

Our assistant trainees get to work with multiple different tasks, projects and people. During your trainee period you support our assistants, but as you learn and develop, you will get to work very independently. Both our assistants and assistant trainees are valuable members of our practice groups as they provide support to our lawyers. During a ”regular” workday you might face drafting documents, looking for information and background material, arranging events and scheduling meetings – two workdays are rarely identical. Our assistant trainees work full-time and the trainee period is about 8 months.

What do we expect from you then?

An ideal assistant trainee takes initiative, is precise and wants to learn new skills every day. In our work we often face tight deadlines and schedules, so we appreciate if you can keep calm even under pressure. We also think that a positive attitude takes you a long way. As an assistant trainee you will need to know Finnish and English (both fluently). If you happen to know Swedish, it’s a plus, not a must. We would like you to be able to start in January 2023 and continue to the end of summer.

After your traineeship, working as an assistant in a law firm, helping international customers is no big deal for you.
