Working as an Associate Lawyer within our Tax & Structuring practice

Roschier’s Tax & Structuring practice is active in a wide range of tax-related services. The primary focus of the team is on tax and structuring of various transactions, such as mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital transactions, real estate transactions, and public company restructurings and tender offers as well as complex tax litigation and ruling processes. Other key areas include tax aspects related to internal restructurings, investments, financing, financial instruments and incentive schemes. In addition to these, the tax team regularly advises clients on international tax matters, transfer tax, VAT and other indirect tax matters as well as other ad hoc tax questions.

Our tax lawyers work as an integral part of Roschier’s cross-border transaction and project teams, combining their tax expertise with other fields of law, such as corporate, financing or employment law.

You are close to graduation or have worked with complex tax law matters for up to 5 years in a law firm, tax consultancy firm, audit firm or the Tax Administration. You strive to develop and grow personally and professionally, working on assignments that challenge you to become the best version of yourself. You have a proactive and systematic work approach plus excellent oral and written communication skills and fluency in Finnish and English.
