Working as an Assistant at Roschier
Our Assistants take the lead in supporting the business in various ways, enabling us to excel in client experience. As an Assistant, you will work closely with our lawyers, providing high-quality administrative support and services, together with your colleagues. Your role will include proactive assignment support in client projects, preparing materials for meetings and presentations, assisting with invoicing process, managing calendars and making travel arrangements, document management, client data administration and arranging meetings and events. As an active member of the team, you will also have the opportunity to participate in internal development projects, thereby contributing to maintaining our strong position in the Nordic region.
The employment opportunity available is a full-time and permanent position. With this recruitment, we are searching for those individuals who are starting their careers in administration, as well as, experienced executive assistants who are looking for new opportunities. It’s worth noting that a legal background is not a prerequisite for success in this role.
