What are we looking for?

We are now looking for a senior associate to join our Finance team. We hope to meet lawyers with finance work experience either in a law firm or as an inhouse bank counsel.

Work will involve assisting with acquisition, real estate, and other leverage finance transactions as well as a broad range of other types of banking and finance assignments, including drafting and negotiating of finance documents, inter-facing with clients both on the lender and borrower sides and other members of the transaction team and generally contributing to the development of Avance.

Our ideal candidate has a master’s degree in law and 4-8 years’ experience from working with finance transactions. Fluency in both Finnish and English is a prerequisite as our work has a strong international angle.
