We are currently looking for associate trainees for the autumn of 2024 & spring of 2025. This position would suit someone who is in the final years of their studies, wishes to gain experience of working in an international environment, and is eager to put their skills into practice.

“Working as an associate trainee at Hannes Snellman has been an incredible experience. The assignments have been interesting, varied, challenging, and have allowed me to develop in the field that interests me. No two days have been the same, and while the learning curve has been steep, it has been extremely rewarding as well. The best part of the experience has nonetheless been the people — my colleagues have provided a safe, supportive, and most importantly, fun environment to test my wings, and they have made the experience truly unforgettable.” – Associate Trainee, Autumn 2023

  • genuine interest in business law
  • fluency in Finnish and English

At Hannes Snellman, we cherish a sense of community and we will do our best to make you feel part of the team from day one. On your first day, you will be assigned a tutor who will support you throughout your traineeship, and before diving into your duties, you will participate in a comprehensive orientation. Our trainees also have the chance to get together in a more informal setting when we organise traditional trainee evenings or other fun events. As we are determined to maximise your learning experience as a trainee, you will receive regular feedback and have the opportunity to attend our Hannes Academy lectures and mentoring breakfasts on a variety of topics. We also offer you good benefits (lunch and recreation benefit, and a ticket for public transport) and a competitive salary.
