We are currently looking for a legal tech trainee to join our Legal Tech Team in Helsinki in late autumn 2024.

As a legal tech trainee your job will be to assist our lawyers and support teams in various legal tech projects. The tasks will vary but might include, for example, document automation, legal technology landscape follow-up, co-organising innovation-related events and technology-related training, and assisting in building queries and searches.

The exact duration of your employment and working hours will be agreed on separately. However, the ideal duration of the traineeship is at least 9 months and 3-4 days a week, and ideally, you would be able to start in November/December 2024.

Skills and Requirements

As this is a trainee position, we do not expect you to know everything, but to ensure that you will be able to succeed in your duties, we are looking for someone who:

– is service-minded
– is a team player and has a can-do attitude
– is curious and likes to spend time searching for information and solutions
– is good at logical thinking and enjoys learning about things like formulas, coding, and regular expressions
– has attention to detail but is also able to see the bigger picture
– is eager to see what one can achieve with existing and emerging legal tech, such as AI-supported solutions
– has a basic understanding of legal concepts in agreements and business transactions
– is fluent in Finnish and English (knowledge of Swedish is an added bonus)
